NYPD Staff Rules (Under Construction)
> No NYPD member are to arrest when they are on afk
> No NYPD member shall abuse the powers, or commands given to them in any way, shape, or form.
> No NYPD member shall commit any crime, as outlined in the NYPD official laws.
(You are not allowed to assault another civilian if they allow it)
> No NYPD member shall disrespect, or insult another NYPD member – regardless of rank.
> No NYPD member shall refuse to arrest an individual, if the evidence is available.
> No NYPD member shall change their name without prior consent from an NYPD chief.
> No NYPD member shall dance or gamble while on duty.
> No NYPD member shall arrest a user who knocked them out, or those who participated in this knocking out nor can they get another NYPD member to do so.
> No NYPD member shall accept bribes in return for a favor that is related to NYPD.
> No NYPD member shall be working and not actively participating in their policing duties (eg. taking calls, patrolling).
> No NYPD member shall go AFK while on duty.
> No NYPD member shall stun, cuff, or arrest another NYPD member. Unless it's riot training.
> No NYPD member shall leave a user stunned & cuffed for over 1 minute.
> The exception to this is of course investigating a jailbreak. You can leave that user stunned and cuffed for only 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Then you will have to uncuff if the jailbreak message has not showed up.
> No NYPD member will release a convict, or decrease/increase their time without notifying a LT or Chief.
> No NYPD member shall allow another user to access their account.
> No NYPD member shall stay in a room on duty for more than 8 minutes. They may stay there off duty however.
> The exception to this rule how ever is if NYPD is receiving numerous JB calls back to back. Then a NYPD Officer can stay in the cells for a MAXIMUM of ONE pay period (15 minutes).
> No NYPD member shall interfere with another members arrest.
> No NYPD member shall be in a gang of any sort.
> No NYPD member shall argue with another member in public.
> No NYPD member shall be using VIP Gates if they're not VIP. Exceptions: If there is a 911 call, or if you're patrolling [Searching] for someone wanted.
> All NYPD members shall give a reason for arresting a user.
> Every NYPD Member will say, "You are under arrest for: <Reason>" instead of just saying "<Reason>".
> All NYPD members shall have at least one victim, and two witnesses before proceeding to arrest a user. (This does not apply to laws such a jailbreak, blocking, and tresspassing).
> All NYPD members should use the [NYPD] tag before making a 911 call.

> All NYPD members shall call in users who have been arrested who were previously arrested.
> All NYPD members shall try their hardest to enforce all NYPD laws, and to find those who break them.
> All NYPD members shall check the NYPD website regularly for updates.
> All NYPD members shall have to work at least 1 hour and 30 minutes a day.
> Unless letting a Chief/Team Lieutenant know they are on vacation.
> Unless they are having internet problems.
> Because you are busy is not a excuse.
Specific Rules: Lieutenant
> No police lieutenant shall give out confidential information such as evaluations, applications, etc..
> All police lieutenants shall take complaints given to them, and investigate them thoroughly.
> All police lieutenants shall report any complaints or events to a chief, as soon as possible.
Specific Rules: Officer
> All NYPD officers shall try to help NYPD cadets in their mission to become a full NYPD police officer.
Specific Rules: Cadet
> All NYPD cadets shall arrest for a maximum of 30 minutes. If more time is needed, contact a higher rank.
