It is only an offense if another person wishes to use the action spot, and the offender has no reasonable grounds to stay on that spot.

The only exception to this is if a person is AFK, or there is a reasonable suspicion the user is using an auto typer/clicker (such as not responding to questions). It is unlawful to attempt to evade police by logging out, either intentionally or as a result of disconnection. Glitching or disconnection is not an acceptable excuse, and as it cannot be proven the logout was a result of disconnection, will be charged the same as an intentional logout. Offenders in violation of this law will face fifteen (15) minutes in jail, in addition to the time for the main offense committed. A person also commits an offense under this law if they start a logout or auto-logout, regardless of whether their character successfully logs out. This law applies to in character fakes. The following examples are acts considered violations of this law:
“ User-A: — Logging out in 15 seconds — “
“ User-A: — Auto-logoff in 15 seconds —“
Officers may add each evasion together. For example, if someone runs then logs they can be charged for both running and logging (20 minutes). Further, for each time the person logs they can be charged an additional 15 minutes, for example two logs is an additional 30 minutes, on top of the time for the normal offense. You may not exceed your maximum arrest time to apply this, however.

Any suspect who removes an item of clothing, or uses any other kind of command to poof while on the jailbreak spot will be immediately arrested for fifteen (15) minutes. If they were not jail breaking, they should have no reason to try and hide anything by poofing; therefore, it is obstruction of evidence.
iiii. Obstruction of Evidence (Logging out) – Thirty (30) minutes
It is unlawful to log out on the jailbreak spot while being suspected of jailbreaking. Suspects who are stunned and cuff then proceed to log out on the jailbreak spot will be arrested. If a user, through the use of a jet pack (:rocket), enters a restricted location without permission from the room owner or business manager they will be immediately arrested for ten (10) minutes. Trespassing through the use of a jet pack does not require a warning. A manager does not have to state they are trespassing, but a manager MUST give permission (therefore if a manager is not present, they automatically violate this law). A restricted location means either a room, or a part of a room which the person would not have otherwise had access to, such as an area behind a restricted one way gate, or a normal gate.
